During your tenancy there may be some fees or charges that you need to be aware of. We like to avoid fees where possible, so please be aware of the following:
Late rent payments: any rent payments which are made after the due date will incur a £20.00 fine
Bounced cheques: a £20.00 charge
Rent arrears reminder: £15.00 charge for any reminders that we have to send for rent payments that are late – these include emails, texts, calls or letters.
Amendment to contracts: £40.00 charge for amending a contract
Call out: call out charge of £20.00 unless during the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Locked out: if we can, we will attend with a spare key (call out charge applies), otherwise please call a locksmith.
