We also offer a tenant find service for landlords who don’t require the fully managed option and would prefer to collect rents, sort out maintenance issues and also end of tenancies themselves. The cost for this is £349.00 per successful tenant find, deducted from the first months rent.
Should you wish us to complete an inventory for the start of the tenant, the cost is included in the tenant find fee – you can see an example of an inventory here.
Tenant find includes:
> Advertising of properties on the Redfern Property website, online portals like Zoopla & social media platforms
> Accompanied viewings
> Tenant reference checking
> Preparation of tenancy agreements and guarantor documentation if required
> Preparation of inventory for the property if requested
What isn’t included and will cost extra?
The only additional costs your would receive would be a:-
> £125+VAT set up fee (this is a one off fee – once the property is on our system, we don’t charge again!)
> £35+VAT deposit registration fee per tenancy
