They’ve been in the making for a while (since we rebranded in fact) and now we’ve finally got our new window stickers! We’re very excited.
Did you know that if you have a property fully managed by a letting agent, you must display their contact information clearly on the front of the house? The reason for this is so that if the tenants are unavailable to answer, or perhaps causing problems, neighbours or generally good-willed folk can give the letting agent a call. For example perhaps it’s Christmas holidays so your students have gone home, but the slate fell off the roof and could cause a leak. Having contact information on the house is vital (and a requirement). We’ve taken it a little step further, and decided to utilise this rule as a form of marketing too. So, you’ll see many a sticker popping up around Aberystwyth on our fully managed houses.
