Full Management: 10% of the monthly rent amount
This includes services such as photography, marketing online, conducting viewings, preparing the tenancy agreements on your behalf, inventory on check in, regular inspections mid term through the tenancy and a detailed check out report.
Tenant find: £349.00 per property or room
We can find tenants for your property or room without fully managing the day to day. This service includes photography, marketing, conducting viewings, preparing the tenancy agreement and a detailed inventory. We can also include a check out report at an additional charge if required. Payable once contracts have been signed by the tenants.
Advertise only: £50 per property or room
Payable in advance, we can advertise your room or property on our website, online portals (including Zoopla) and across our popular social media pages.
Further fees & charges that may be applicable to you (all +VAT)
Set up costs: £125 set up cost per property, a one off fee – once it’s on our system you don’t pay again!
New tenancy set up fee: £125 set up cost per new tenancy
Inventory: £105 per inventory per property (for much larger houses over 6 bedrooms, please contact us for a specific quote). The inventory is usually carried out at the start of each tenancy. 10 mile radius from Aberystwyth for this service.
Registering the deposit: £35 set fee for registered the deposit on your behalf for a tenancy. This cost also covers time for any deductions and admin when the tenancy ends.
HMO Application: we can complete your HMO application for you at a charge of £95.00 (floor plans must be provided, we can commission these on your behalf at an additional cost)
Serving a notice to quit: £50.00 per property
Managing deposit disputes: £120.00 per deposit
Attending court: £50.00 per hour per staff member
All of our prices are +VAT (bar full management).
