Our student housing season has already kicked off here in Aberystwyth, and the most common question we get asked during a viewing is “how do we reserve it?”.

  1. To reserve a house, we will always need you to fill in an application form and pay the application fee. Once we’ve got these two ticked, the property will be taken off the market and social media and reserved for you (pending successful references).
  2. The application itself is all done online. When you ask to reserve a property, we’ll ask you for your full name, email address and telephone number. That’s all we need to get the process moving. We’ll create a tenancy on our application platform, and you’ll receive an email inviting you to create a login and fill in the form.
  3. The software will prompt you for the application fee (initial payment), and also if required your Guarantor information.
  4. At every stage of the process, we receive emails and you will also receive payment confirmations. It’s all done online, easily and quickly.

And that’s it. Simple. No office appointments, post or endless phone calls. Simple, easy and fast application process so that you can enjoy some more time to do the things you like!
